You will be asked to provide details about your company, including:

Detailed information about the products you are interested in obtaining Kosher certification for

The ingredients

And their raw materials
Additional Information - Specific Products
Providing the following documents:

A flowchart of the production and packaging process, including all parameters.

A certification of the production process with a detailed description, signed and stamped.

Samples of the products you wish to have certified, in their final packaging (1 sample per product code).
Inspection Visit in Facilities
Once previous steps are approved by our Rabbi and are in compliance with Jewish law and tradition, we will let you know about the certification cost ( unless we need to inspect the premises first, to decide whether it will be a batch certificate or 12-month) a visit to your production and packaging facilities will be scheduled in coordination with an accredited Rabbi (or an authorized representative).
Prior to the visit, we will provide you with the inspection and travel expenses, which must be prepaid.
Finalizing Process and Payment
After our Rabbi's visit to your facilities, and provided that no additional documents or clarifications are required, we will inform you that your certification process has been completed.
You will then receive details of the certification cost, which is to be submitted as a donation to support the members of the Jewish Community of Athens.
Receiving Certificate
Following the payment of the certification cost, we proceed with issuing the certificate,
which is valid for one year.
